Rivenes Marketing

Services

Everything a creator needs that is not the creating.

Three disciplines that run off one shared playbook. Take all of it, or take the part that is currently your bottleneck.

01

Talent management

We handle the creator as a business. That starts with recruiting and vetting — we run a written adequacy standard rather than a gut call, so the people we bring on are the ones who will actually last.

From there, every creator gets a named account manager as a single point of contact: content planning, production scheduling, brand direction, contract and payment administration, and day-to-day problem solving.

  • Onboarding
  • Content planning
  • Production scheduling
  • Account management
  • Contract admin
02

Audience growth

Organic social, run as an operation rather than a hobby. Specialists work structured daily posting programmes across the platforms that actually convert for the audience in question, following playbooks that have been tested across many accounts before yours.

We measure the thing that matters — qualified audience acquired and what it costs — and we report it plainly. Reach and impressions are diagnostics, not results.

  • Organic social programmes
  • Community-first platforms
  • Content repurposing
  • Testing & iteration
  • Acquisition reporting
  • Compliance review
03

Community management

An audience that gets no reply is an audience you are renting. Our community managers work eight-hour shifts in a follow-the-sun rota, so inbound conversation is covered every hour of the day, every day of the year.

Every team member trains on the creator's tone, boundaries and story before taking a single conversation, and a team lead reviews samples for quality — so the voice stays the creator's, at any hour, at any volume.

  • 24/7 shift coverage
  • Brand-voice training
  • Escalation paths
  • QA sampling
  • Retention programmes
  • Reporting

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Model 01

Full management

We run all three disciplines end to end. You get a pod, a plan and a weekly review. This is the majority of what we do and where the model works best.

Model 02

Single discipline

You already have part of the operation working. We staff and run the one piece that is capping you — usually growth or round-the-clock coverage.

Model 03

Build & hand over

We build the playbook, hire the team and run it until it is stable, then transfer it to your own staff with the documentation and training in place.

Common questions

The things people ask on the first call.

How quickly does a new engagement start producing?

Onboarding takes roughly one to two weeks — discovery, plan, pod assignment and voice training. Growth programmes are compounding by nature, so the honest answer is that the first month is about establishing a baseline and the meaningful movement shows from the second month onward. Anyone promising you a result in week one is selling you something else.

Who actually does the work?

Salaried members of our own team, organised into small pods with a named lead. We do not subcontract client work to an anonymous freelancer marketplace. You will know the name of your account manager and your team lead from day one.

Do you take a percentage?

Engagement terms are agreed case by case and set out in writing before any work starts. We will always tell you on the first call which model we think fits, and why — including when the answer is that we are not the right fit for you.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Every team member signs a mutual non-disclosure agreement and formal engagement terms before receiving any access. Access is granted per role and revoked on the day someone leaves a project. Our full data practices are set out in our privacy policy.

What do you need from the creator?

Content, on schedule, and a willingness to work to the plan. That is genuinely most of it. The operational load — planning, posting, replying, reporting, admin — is ours.
