1. Acceptance

By accessing rivenes.co (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Rivenes Marketing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our company and services. It is not an offer, a warranty of any particular result, or professional, legal or financial advice. Any engagement between you and Rivenes is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; nothing on this Site forms a contract on its own.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Descriptions of our work, methods and operating model reflect how we work generally. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality and consistency of the material a client supplies and the policies of third-party platforms. We make no guarantee of specific commercial outcomes.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and the Rivenes name and wordmark are owned by Rivenes Marketing LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use our branding or substantial parts of the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

• Do not use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit false information, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
